Hi, I’m David.

I’ve had a long career in IT, and have worked in different sized organisations in different roles. And throughout, I’ve either been in a team or leading a team. I’ve experienced the various levels of team performance, from full dysfunction to the high performance we strive for. And all through this I’ve been developing my knowledge and skills of working with teams.

I work as an Organizational Change Manager, focussing on DevOps and Team Development. Prior to that, I worked as a Scrum Master, helping and coaching teams. This provides me with both the challenge and opportunity that drives new ways of thinking and working. I’m a certified PSM Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, GDQ Consultant, and also certified in Human Centred Design with the Luma Institute.

Before becoming a Scrum Master I worked as a change manager, software developer and in support.

This blog is a collection of my experiences, learnings and recommendations.

I hail from Australia, but a couple of years ago my family and I decided to move to Europe for the adventure, and ended up in Sweden! We love it! I also enjoy anything to do with the outdoors, and music.
